    We’re proud to share that Meduit earned a Net Promoter Score of 71 in 2025. 

    This represents an 8-point increase from 2024, an encouraging sign that our approach and solutions are having their desired impact. 

    Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is based on how likely clients are to recommend a company on a scale from 0 to 10. It’s widely viewed as one of the most meaningful indicators of customer satisfaction, because the feedback comes directly from the customers themselves. 

    A score of 71 places Meduit above the healthcare industry median of 61 and in strong company across all industries, not just healthcare.

    For context, other 2025 Net Promoter Scores include:

    • Netflix – 67
    • PayPal – 65
    • Apple – 61
    • Google – 58

    For us, our 71 is about validation.
