How employees perceive their work environment is essential to their feelings of being valued on the job. Meduit's Employee Engagement Survey results are in, and we are pleased to report that our employees gave Meduit a satisfaction score of 78%. To put this perspective, employee satisfaction scores average 50% in companies across the nation.“Our employees have a passion for helping our clients and their patients, and that shows in their performance,” said Jeff Nieman, CEO. “At Meduit, we strive each day to create a culture of compassion and teamwork for a great place to work for our employees, which results in outstanding results for all those we serve.”
Meduit is committed to supporting a positive work environment for all employees where they are respected, appreciated and know they are making a difference. Meduit recently launched a college coaching program for employees or anyone in their household to expand their educational opportunities.
The company also instituted a work-from-home plan when COVID-19 hit. Today, nearly 50% of Meduit’s employees work from home. In addition, Meduit has implemented a daycare backup plan to help team members when they need emergency daycare.
“At Meduit, we strive to be an employer of choice in the markets where we are located and more broadly in remote working arrangements,” said Jeff Nieman, CEO. “We are very proud of our diverse workforce and that we offer opportunities for staff development.”
